DID YOU KNOW? If you are selling your house - it is the SELLER'S responsibility to have the septic system inspected and the tank pumped by a Gilpin County licensed Use Permit Provider to obtain a USE PERMIT!
DID YOU KNOW? If you need ANY type of work done on your septic system - it MUST be done by a Gilpin County licensed contractor!!
DID YOU KNOW? If your system has ANY mechanical components, you are required to keep a current maintenance contract - AND send a copy to us!
