To obtain a Gilpin County address, complete and submit an Address
Request form along with a complete building permit application.
Addresses are issued with building permits upon payment of all
building permit fees.
Gilpin County does not
address vacant property. However, if a legal structure
presently exits on the structure for which an address is being
requested, an address may be issued without the need for a building
permit.
